Description
Strips flat cable containing either flat or round conductors. These are effective on insulations such as PVC, polyester, Mylar and polyethylene. Flat conductor type can be stripped one-side only
- Four different widths of stripping wheel are available
- 1/8” (3.2mm) , ¼” (6.4mm), 3/8” (9.6mm) and ½” (13mm)
- Two different grades of stripping wheel are also available
- One grade is used when the conductors are bare copper
- The other grade is used when the copper conductors are tin plated
- This is a less abrasive grade and does not remove the tin plating
- Capabilities Flat Cable – Flat or round conductors Solid or round conductors Stripping up to 1.75” (44.4mm) from end of flat cable
