Strips flat cable containing either flat or round conductors. These are effective on insulations such as PVC, polyester, Mylar and polyethylene. Flat conductor type can be stripped one-side only
Four different widths of stripping wheel are available
1/8” (3.2mm) , ¼” (6.4mm), 3/8” (9.6mm) and ½” (13mm)
Two different grades of stripping wheel are also available
One grade is used when the conductors are bare copper
The other grade is used when the copper conductors are tin plated
This is a less abrasive grade and does not remove the tin plating
