The Loctite 315/SF 7386 Output Kit is a thermally conductive adhesive for bonding electronic components to heat sinks or PCBs. High thermal conductivity provides excellent heat dissipation, cures rapidly at room temperature. Self-shimming property of the Loctite 315/SF 7386 Output Kit produces a consistent 0.15MM film of adhesive providing electrical insulation while the controlled strength permits repairs
